RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
We only accept returns/exchanges within 14 days from the order date.

In the US & Canada, there is a return label fee of $10.00 for all returns. We will waive that fee if you are exchanging your item for a different colour/size in the same style.
If you do not see your desired colour/size available on our website at the time you’re submitting your request for an exchange, this is, unfortunately, an indication that the item is sold out.

Please note, that all returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the warehouse. Please be sure to inform us of any changes in what will be sent back, as any discrepancies discovered between what was discussed and what arrived will be issued as chargebacks/credits (as applicable).
The return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please print this label and tape it on the return box/envelope. Please also print the return packing slip and place it with the items inside the box/envelope. The deadline to return your item will be printed on your return packing slip.
WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE BE REFUNDED?
Refunds are issued when your return has arrived and been inspected at the warehouse.
- If you would like to know when your return will be delivered at the warehouse, please search the tracking number located underneath the barcode of your return label in the appropriate postal carrier site.
- If you are in Canada, please search your tracking number in the Canada Post website.
- If you are in the US, please search your tracking number in the USPS website.
- If you are returning an item from outside Canada or the US, please let us know when you have dropped off your items at the post office, and please provide us with the return tracking number so you can be refunded as soon as possible.
